Dear friends:
Unfortunately, the Coronavirus - COVID 19 situation has been considered a pandemic thread all over the world. The extremely high risk of propagation and infection leads to more and more hospitals stopping elective surgery and outpatient activity. According to this current scenario, any program regarding WFNS Training Centers & Fellowship must be reasonably suspended from now on until the control of this situation had been achieved. Fellows already involved in a training period should follow the local rules that may vary of course from place to place. We hope all colleagues that are expecting to be enrolled in a fellowship period can understand our decision, aiming to protect everybody as this global emergency requires. We hope we will have the green light as soon as possible in the next future. I take the opportunity to thank fellows and Directors of Training Centers for their effort and understanding.
