I am sure you have been following the news very carefully regarding the uncertain border situation. Although signs of de escalation have been noted but i feel that the Organising Committee should look at the comfort and best interest of the international Faculty and Delegates.
I have been in constant contact with Professor Franco Servedai on this issue. We have decided to postpone the ICRAN 2019 from March to November, please see the detail informaiton below.
