The Central Office of the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies was firstly established in Geneva, Switzerland in 1992, where it was temporarily housed in the WHO Headquarters, managed by Mrs Jan Joseph. It was finally moved to Nyon, Vaud in March 2001, where it was set up independently and still remains. The Office currently has a staff of two people. Nyon is approximately 15 minutes away from Geneva and its airport.
